Choose the right desk

MobileTechWorld is a small, named editorial team. To get a useful reply quickly, send your message to the desk that handles it. Each route below goes to the people responsible for that area, with a realistic idea of how long a reply takes. We are based in the United Kingdom, so please allow for UK working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

News tips & story leads

[email protected]

Heard something before it broke? A leaked UK price, a network change, a regulator move, an embargo lifting? This goes to the news desk. Share what you know and how solid it is — we verify before we publish and we protect sources.

Reviewed daily. We reply if we are taking it forward; we cannot acknowledge every tip.

Corrections & accuracy

[email protected]

Think we got a fact wrong? Tell us. Include the article URL, the exact statement you are challenging, and the evidence we should check. Material errors are fixed and flagged under our corrections policy.

Acknowledged within two working days; verified corrections actioned promptly.

Advertising & partnerships

[email protected]

Display, clearly labelled sponsored content, newsletter sponsorship, launch packages or review-unit logistics. We will send our media kit, current availability and specs. Commercial work never buys an editorial verdict.

Reply within two to three working days.

Privacy, data & legal

[email protected]

UK GDPR data-subject requests (access, correction, erasure), privacy questions, takedown requests and legal correspondence. This is the right route for anything involving your personal data or our legal obligations.

Data requests answered within one month, as required by UK GDPR.

General enquiries

[email protected]

Not sure which desk you need, or have a question that does not fit the categories above? Send it here and we will route it internally to the right person.

Reply within three to five working days.

Press releases

[email protected]

We read them. We are far more likely to respond when there is a clear, specific angle for a UK reader — pricing, availability, a network or a regulator. Generic global blasts are unlikely to get a reply.

No guaranteed acknowledgement.

What to include

A few details help us help you faster:

  • The article URL if your message is about a specific piece we have published.
  • For corrections, the exact wording you are disputing and a source we can verify it against.
  • For commercial enquiries, your company, campaign goal and rough timing so we can match you to the right format.
  • For data requests, enough detail to identify your records (we may need to confirm your identity before acting).

How we handle your message

Emails you send us are handled by the relevant editor or, for data and legal matters, by the person responsible for privacy. We keep correspondence only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and meet our legal obligations. We do not add you to our newsletter or any marketing list because you emailed us. For the full picture of how we process personal data, see our Privacy Policy. You can also read about how we work in our Editorial Standards and Corrections Policy.
