Graphic.ly comic book reader for Windows Phone 7 shown on video

Graphic.ly’s comic book reader was the first third-party application demonstrated on the platform back in March during MIX10.Since then, we only saw a silverlight version of the app in July (no longer available) but no news on the on-going development. A video showing the application running on a Samsung Taylor handset was recently posted on YouTube and give us a quick too of it. Video after the break:

Watch the Graphic.ly Windows Phone 7 comic book reader in action

The Graphic.ly was one of the first third-party Windows Phone 7 application announced an demoed back in the March during the MIX10 conference in Las Vegas. We haven’t heard much about it since since then so it’s nice to see that things are still underway thanks to a 3 minutes long demo that was posted today. Another Comics Reader Application for Windows Phone 7: Ave Comics


Microsoft’s DeepZoom control in Windows Phone 7seems to be a hit with developers, especially for building comic book readers. After Graphic.ly and Clarity Consulting here comes a French comics reader called Ave Comics powered by Aquafadas. The library seems to be filled with French English and Thaî comics as you can see in the video below:
