Third Windows Phone 7 TV Ad released: Where the heck is Zune?

Microsoft released a third Windows Phone 7 ad focused around the Samsung Focus (pun intended..) which is identical to the first one but with a different voice over. Anyway, what really struck me is that in all of the three adds recently released there isn’t a single mention of Zune or the Music services & capabilities associated to the platform. Microsoft can denied it as much as they want but something is definitely going on with Zune (rebrand?). Video after the break:

Another nice looking Windows Phone 7 TV ad for the Samsung Focus

Looks like Microsoft is finally getting things done the right way. A follow up to the previous Samsung Focus TV ad has just be released on the company’s official YouTube channel. No more awkward” really?”¬† stuff in there. Just the device and OS in action. Always let the product speak of itself.. Check it out after the break:

Fan made Windows Phone 7 ad looks nicer than Microsoft’s

Windows phone 7′s marketing and ad campaign clearly isn’t the best thing around (besides the latest Samsung Focus TV ad released last week). So anything kinda new and flashy is bound catch potential (young) consumers interest. Fortunately for Microsoft there are some dedicated and skilled WP7 fans out there like Brando Foy who just completed a 50 seconds long ad that looks pretty good IMO. Check it out after the break:

Finally a Windows Phone 7 TV ad that doesn’t suck

You all probably know by now that I’m far from being a fan of Microsoft’s current Windows Phone 7 marketing campaign. Unfortunately the company doesn’t seem to be in a hurry to come up with something fresh and new¬†right now but AT&T and Samsung did grace us with a short TV ad that flashy and that shows the product and it’s third-party applications (update: This new ad is apparently part of Microsoft’s new Marketing push in the US as they are now sending links to it to the press and also WP7 users). What do you guys (and gals?) think about it? It this how Microsoft should advertise the product or did you really think that the “Really?” ad campaign was good enough? Check out the Samsung Focus ad after the break:
