Unlocked Motorola Milestone (Droid) up for pre-order in Europe

Motorola Milestone / Droid now available in Germany for Free!

Well it’s not exactly free, it will cost 1€ with a 2 year-contract (20€ per month only) on O2 in Germany & the device is not even sim-locked! Google Navigation is replaced by a 60-days trial of MotoNAV and you’ll get Multi-Touch enabled unlike the Motorola Droid on Verizon.

Following yesterday’s HTC HD2 teardown here comes the naked Motorola Droid. Some dudes do have a lot of time (and money) to waste I guess. It’s nice to see the guts of our new shiny smartphones sometimes though.

Motorola Motus approved by the FCC

The Motorola Motus just passed the FCC, according to rumors the device is supposedly a refreshed Motorola CLIQ. The fact that the Motus really exist makes us believe that the rumored Sholes Tablet (a Motorola Droid with a bigger 8Mpix camera and 720p video recording) is indeed true. Motorola Droid & HTC Droid Eris now on sale

Verizon’s Motorola Droid and HTC Droid Eris Android phones are now officially on sale on the carriers website for $199 & $99 respectively. Those prices are obviously associated with a 2 year contract. Head over here for the Motorola Droid and here for the Droid Eris.
