ZTE Tania Windows Phone 7.5 Mango phone unveiled

Hot on the heels of the Samsung Omnia W comes the Tania; ZTE‘s first Windows Phone running Mango. The device isn’t the highest end device ever especially with it’s tiny 4GB of internal storage (wtf? the minimum required specs is 8GB). The Tania also features a 4.3″ TFT LCD screen a 1Ghz SoC (MSM8255 I guess), 5MPX camera, 10.5mm of thickness and a 1500Mha battery. It’s not yet known if this handset will ever be released outside of Asia this year. One more picture after the break:

They already said that they’d launch their phone in several European markets this year.

“ZTE’s first Windows Phone devices will hit several
markets in Europe this year, we think Windows Phone is very interesting
and we will reach out to you as soon as possible with more information.… our first Windows Phone devices will hit several European markets
this fall/autumn, information about the Swedish market will soon be
    available.”

    Thanks for the info Ringo!

And yeah, seriously, how did they undercut the WP minimum specs?

Yup, something must be wrong somewhere cause 4GB will render that thing useless IMO.

Skydrive gives you 20GB, but what are the data plans in the market where this phone will debut? Unlimited data?  Just here in the US with rising data costs(dispite subpar service) this phone would gather dust.
