Rewind and repeat: Windows Phone 7.5 Mango roll out will start this fall

Here’s another “I told you so” moment: the Windows Phone 7.5 Mango roll out will start this fall as stated again by Joe Belfiore on twitter just a few minutes ago. He also took the time to point out that Fall starts on September 23th just as I did in my original post (but this doesn’t mean that 23 is the day of the roll out either). A big thank you to Joe for confirming what I posted two weeks ago. Now let’s go back to our regular rumor feeds…

Here’s the thing: 90% of what you read everyday on the internet is most probably crap. Learn to live with it or try to take the time to filter through it all.

It didn’t make sense to rush Mango out without allowing a large majority of developers to  Mango(ized) their apps, epecially when the call came out just a couple days ago.  Perhaps when we see an update to the page “Wheres my update”- then we  can behave like Pavlov’s dogs

When they do start rolling out the Mango update it will be pure madness, with people checking their Zune software every 2 seconds or coming up with some “unplug/restart” scheme to force the update.  It will be NoDo all over again.

I’m impressed, I must say.  Very rarely do I come across a blog thats both informative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you’ve hit the nail on the head.  Your blog is important; the issue is something that not enough people are talking intelligently about.  I’m really happy that I stumbled across this in my search for something relating to this issue.
