Official DC Comics application for Windows Phone 7 hands on video

There has been an unstoppable flow of great applications launching on Windows Phone 7 since last week, one of the highlights is the new official DC Comics application that was released today. The software is simply top notch and is a real joy to use (I didn’t experience any crashes unlike some people but this may be due to Mango..). New official Foursquare and Vevo applications released

The official Foursquare application for Windows Phone 7 is now back in the Marketplace after a major update. The UI is now totally brand new and one of the best on any Windows Phone 7 application out now. Most of Foursquare services and features are now supported in this V2.0 version and did I tell you that UI was awesome? Just download it from here.

The official VEVO music video streaming application is now also available on Windows Phone 7 (US only AFAIK). If you are a big fan of music video then this application is a must have. The video quality is surprisingly really good (but this may have something to with my device running Mango though..).

I unfortunately can’t seem to get it to work on my device but this may have something to do with it not being compatible with yet Mango. Please don’t hesitate to post you impressions in the comments below. You can download directly from here. If you are running the Mango Beta please refrain from posting reviews in the Marketplace.

So here are some of my findings after using it for more than 24 hours and frankly I’m surprised that some of these things haven’t been reported (unless I didn’t pay attention..) yet even in the “press reviews” given that I noticed a few of them only a few minutes after booting up Mango for the first time on the Samsung Omnia 7 :
