Looks like the HTC Leo is on some worldwide journey. From Poland to Belgrade and now in Greece. Techblog.gr got a little hands-on with the beast. It looks like the device they had in hand runs a newer version of the Rom dated 31/08/09 (compared to the one AI.rs had which was dated 13/08/09) but an older build of WM 6.5 (5.2.21849). They noted that the usb connector is now micro-usb (all previous HTC phones to date have mini-usb connectors) and the battery is rated at 1200Mha. Another intersting tidbit is that when you access the Bleutooth settings the phone is detected as the HTC HD2 (Device ID).
Hey HTC if you read this, I’m willing to leak some shots too if you send me one of those beast!

I am curious as to what format the HD 3 phone will be offered on? Will it be strickly a GSM phone or CDMA? I am a Sprint customer that has an HTC touch Diamond and would like the larger high res screen!
Any info would be appreciated!

Depends on how you look at it. The original Touch HD was only GSM and never landed in the US(it was only sold in Europe afaik). But this year every model announced and released by HTC had a CDMA version (the CDMA TouchPro2 also had a GSM radio and SIM slot to work worldwide!) . Let’s hope that the HD2 (Leo) will be the same.
Will there be a US 3G bands version?
